People with gluten allergies/intolerance are getting a lot more attention lately, there are dozens of really good cookbooks, and millions of recipes in bookstores and the internet. gluten-free recipes can get expensive and difficult though if you’re not used to shopping that way.
So, here is a recipe, for delicious peanut butter cookies for the not-used-to-cooking-gluten-free. (too many – ? I think so) Secretly you can make these cookies, take them to your friends and say “these are gluten-free” and seem really posh/fancy while saving yourself time actually.
When I make these, I make bigger cookies, so I usually only get 8 out of them.
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
combine all until smooth, drop onto a baking sheet (covered with parchment paper for the easiest and tastiest cookies with no clean-up), and bake at 350 for 7-13 minutes depending on their size
